Norsk Institutt for Vannforskning (NIVA)
NIVA is Norway’s leading research institute on water research in a variety of fields such as marine and freshwater biology, water treatment, social science and water pollution. In A-AAGORA, NIVA will contribute especially to the demo-case in Northern Norway with kelp forest restoration as part of ecosystem-based management and implementation within the living lab. NIVA will also contribute to policy reports, and cost-benefit analyses of restoration.
